A meeting to form the Parish Plan Group

The Parish Council see a Parish Plan as almost essential in enabling Baildon to guide itself into the future so that progress is made on many important fronts. Some of these areas will involve the Parish Council, some will involve Bradford Council, the Police, local businesses and other local groups.

All can contribute to the Parsih Plan but someone has to collect all these wishes and package them together in a way that allows organisations to identify the appropriate challenges and make progress.

The meeting on Wednesday 16th Sept was the first step in forming this group that will gather the information and put the plan together. Another meeting is to be held shortly where it is intended that the members of the initial group will be nominated.
