NEW COUNCILLORS FOR BAILDON PARISH
Following the new term of office for the parish council in May two vacancies remained on the council. Co-options to the vacancies took place at the June meeting.
Councillor Kathy Andrews was co-opted to the South ward and Councillor Barney Lerner was co-opted to the South East ward.

RECYCLING AT IAN CLOUGH
Following recent problems with the recycling facility at Ian Clough Hall namely arson attacks and fly tipping of rubbish, the decision has been taken by Bradford Council to remove the recycling facility in September 2011. The removal of the bins will follow a public information campaign and the implementation of special arrangements for kerbside properties where the standard system of kerbside collection is unsuitable. This would include for example houses where wheelie bins cannot be used.
