Baildon Parish Council are committed to helping groups in Baildon and have a small grants scheme that has helped several deserving groups in Baildon. We have also used some of our money to support the Baildon Village Pre-School Group create an outdoor play area. Once the work had been completed the ribbon across the garden area was cut by Matthew Hoggard. Read on to see photos of the event.

On Saturday 14th February Matthew Hoggard the Yorkshire and England cricketer said a few words and cut the ribbon for the official opening of the Baildon Village Pre-School Play area. He then placed a commemorative plaque in the small garden next to the gate.
